Jobangebot 'UMTS Test Engineer for Call Processing' vom 01.02.2005

 

You will be working in a highly skilled and motivated team of a leading manufacturer of backend-technology for UMTS networks.

 

Tasks will include:

Analysis of feature descriptions, feature sheets (technical description level 1 & 2), 3GPP specifications for the definition of test cases needed for System Integration Test.

Contributions to Test Specification, Test Plan and Release Note.

Performing the tests, analysis of outcome, writing & tracking of related error reports.

 

Anforderungen: Work Experience expected at least in 2 of the following areas:

UMTS UTRAN (Radio Network Layer) or Ue (RRC) practical & theoretical background; particularly on either radio interface or Iub/Iur/Iu interface.

Knowledge of UMTS FDD layer 1 & 2 (e.g. RF measurements, base band processing, RLC/MAC architecture)

Experience in Transport network layer of UMTS (ATM, AAL-2), SS7 signaling (Iub/Iur, Iu interface)
