Software HR Senior Developer

On behalf of my client I am looking for a Senior HR software developer (knowledge of German HR processes, etc)

Summary
Senior Developer for designing and building Human Resources (HR) components and services that will be used by other development teams to take company's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite to the next level.

Knowledge / Skill requirements
- Proven strong object-oriented design, analysis and development skills.
- Strong experience programming in object-oriented languages, such as Java, C++, C#, etc.
- Strong experience in development platforms, such as J2EE, .NET, etc.
- Demonstrated experience using state-of-the-art software development methodologies, such as UML, design patterns, etc.
- Experience with component-based architectures (such as CORBA, COM, etc.) and service-oriented technologies (such as WSDL, SOAP, UDDI, etc.)
- Solid applications integration experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- If possible - previous experience in developing HR software.

Softskills
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic global team environment.
- Takes ownership and is proactive.
- Highly developed organization skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. - Resourceful and a quick learner.
- Good communication skills and an desire to work directly with other teams (ie, development teams, support, and product strategy).

Task
- Responsible for all aspects of the development life cycle including leading design and development projects focusing on new or enterprise-wide software application development.
- Perform technical feasibility analysis for possible designn solutions.
- Gather and review requirements from multiple teams for components and services of Human Resources.
- Lead technical design and construction of components and services of Human Resources.
- Providing technical guidance to other technical team members and other teams including review of their work and promotion of proper design patterns and development guidelines.
- Provide input to the Development Manager for the creation of a project plan and tracking progress against that plan.
- Provide feedback to the Development Manager on team member progress and performance.

Logistics
- Part of the HR development team
- Location: Munich/Germany
- Office-based work
- Occasional travel to conferences, workgroup meetings etc
