Based in Munich, our expanding Marketing Team is looking to recruit a full-time Search Engine Optimization Expert.

As a small, competitive organization, we are seeking self-motivated individuals who can work well on their own initiative and will drive and deliver results quickly and effectively.

Your responsibility:
Your objective is to significantly grow the volume of free search engine traffic to all our web sites through a variety of ethical SEO tactics including:

- Ongoing optimization of on-page factors such as site design, HTML tag placement, keyword density and distribution, link architecture etc.
- Ongoing optimization of off-page factors such as link popularity and directory placement
- Permanent measurement and controlling of traffic and spidering patterns and the flow of search engine traffic both into and out of our websites.

Your bachground:
The ideal candidate will have several years of SEO experience, preferably gained in a similar small-company environment. Dynamic, enthusiastic about the web and with an instinct for attractive SEO opportunities, you will be a proven expert in search engine otimization and have a history of successfully opptimizing medium and large scale web sites.
