Development of a Human Resources online Tool

Key Responsibilities
1. Design
Design index structure
Support the Knowledge Base training design for Shared Services Employees

2. Development and Communication
Coordinate the efforts of technology (CRM and KB) and change management (communication and training) to meet migration deadlines for the HR Direct service into the service center
Manage to the development of content for the Knowledge Base by Shared Services employees

Communicate Knowledge Base approach and resource needs to provide content to the countries

3. Migration
Establish HR Direct scope, develop a migration plan and build buy-in for the migration
Define configuration requirements for the ticket application and sign-off implementation
Define requirements to adjust reporting for the HR direct service and sign-off implementation
Manage migration of the HR Direct Service including coordination with the Shared Services
Manage business simulation before go-live to test implemented solution end-to-end
Manage stabilization and continuous improvement phase after go-live of HR direct Organization
4. Project Management
Coordinate multiple teams to develop a structure for the Knowledge Base
Supervise the training related to content creation activities of the HR Direct employees
Manage workplan and report progress
Create communications about work effort as needed
Manage two part-time resources

Education
University degree (at least bachelor degree)

Practical experience:
Previous Human Resources experience (at least 5 years)
Experience in designing/developing/implementing content for an online tool
Prior experience in project management
