for AIRBUS Industries Projects in Toulouse / France

Position:
Für einen Einsatz bei der AIRBUS Industries Group in Toulouse und St. Nazaire (Frankreich) suchen wir im Wege der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (Zeitarbeit) aktuell mehrere Ingenieure und Techniker mit Englischen und Deutschen Sprachkenntnissen; Französisch nicht erforderlich.
On the basis of a permanent position with a temporary-employment agency, interpool is currently seeking applications of engineers and technicians for several engineering projects with the AIRBUS Industries Group in Toulouse and St. Nazaire (France). Fluent knowledge of English will be required, German desired, French not necessary.

 

Aktuell vakant sind sowohl Positionen in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (selbständiges Planen von umfassenden Fertigungsabläufen, Bestellen von Fertigungsmitteln, Konstruktionsberatung und Überwachung) als auch in der Produktionssteuerung (Sicherstellung der Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen, Abarbeitung der Struktur und Ausrüstungsmechanik, Betreuung des Fertigungsteams durch Einführung standardisierter Prozesse, Prozessmanagement).
Currently vacant positions include Process Planning (independent planning of comprehensive production schedules, procurement routines, consultation and monitoring of development processes) and Manufacturing Management (complaints management, plant set up, support of the manufacturing team by standardizing processes, process management).

 

Qualifikation:
Sie sollten einen Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare technische Kenntnisse aus den Gebieten Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Fahrzeugtechnik vorweisen. Darüber hinaus sind sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit industriellen Fertigungsprozessen, Produktions- und Entwicklungssteuerung oder Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil. Kenntnisse im Flugzeugbau oder in der Flugzeugelektronik wären ideal, sind aber nicht
erforderlich.
Idealerweise verfügen Sie zusätzlich über Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP R/3. Als Persönlichkeit zeichnen Sie sich aus durch Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Neugierde, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie einen internationalen Erfahrungsschatz.
You should possess a university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering or a comparable technical education. In addition prior practical experience with industrial manufacturing management and related processes or quality assurance would be an asset. A background in aerospace engineering or airplane electronics would be perfect, but is not required for the position.
Ideally you have some working knowledge of SAP R/3. As a personality you demonstrate enthusiasm, open-mindedness, a "can-do-attitude", strong communication and negotiation skills plus an international mindset.

 

Für diese Position kommen sowohl deutsche als auch internationale Bewerber in Betracht.
Bewerber ohne Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU sollten einen Hochschulabschluss aus einem EU-Land besitzen.

Konditionen:
Die Positionen sind sofort besetzbar. Die Einstellung erfolgt über eine Zeitarbeitsfirma im Rahmen eines unbefristeten deutschen Arbeitsvertrages. Die Projektdauer beträgt zunächst 18 Monate in Frankreich plus perspektivische Weiterbeschäftigung in Deutschland oder wieder in Frankreich für mindestens vier weitere Jahre. Auch Folgeeinsätze an den AIRBUS Standorten in Spanien und England sowie eine direkte Übernahme durch AIRBUS sind zukünftig denkbar.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt entsprechend des hauseigenen AIRBUS-Tarifvertrages und beträgt, abhängig von Alter, Familienstand und Qualifikation, 3.000€ - 4.500€ netto im Monat plus einem monatlichen Trennungsgeld von 2.700€ netto monatlich in den ersten drei, 1.200€ netto in den folgenden Monaten.
The positions are vacant immediately. Recruiting will proceed through a temporary-employment agency on the basis of a German permanent contract. The project will cover a period of 18 months to begin with, with consecutive projects in Germany or again in France for at least another four years. Further assignments to AIRBUS locations in Spain or England are perceivable, as is a direct employment with AIRBUS in the further process. Compensation is subject to the internal AIRBUS collective labour agreement, depending on age, qualification and family status between 3,000€ and 4,500€ monthly net, plus a relocation package comprising 2,700€ net for the first three months and 1.200€ for each month thereafter.
