Role Description
This role is responsible for developing a vendor consolidation approach for HR and conducting pilot.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analysis
- Work with Procurement to identify what data is needed to assess HR vendor contracts
- Work with Procurement to understand and be able to implement the existing vendor identification and processes
- Analyze the data provided by Procurement and Finance to identify opportunities for vendor consolidation by vendor and service
- Rationalize one service
- Validate savings associated with vendor consolidate
2. Recommendation
- Develop a recommendation that identifies which vendors and HR services are candidates for consolidation
- Draft timeline for vendor consolidation work
- Create an approach paper on findings and recommendation
- Socialize recommendation with HR leadership
3. Project Management
- Manage relationship with Procurement
- Manage workplan and report progress
- Create communications about work effort as needed
4. Pilot
- Manage pilot of consolidating one service or vendor relationship
- Select pilot candidate
- Work with Procurement to manage RFP and selection process
- Communicate selection working with Procurement

Education
• University degree (at least Bachelor)

Practical experience
• Financial and Procurement experience (at least 3 years)
• Experience in vendor consolidation and/or management
• Prior experience in project management preferred
